Five stars comes because Terrance Rouse was just walking by when I peas picking up my Avalon. He was not my service advisor but saw me looking at my car after it was serviced. The car was not washed (still dirty and had a bird poop on it) so I knew it had not been washed complimentarily as had been communicated. So the dude took my keys, had it washed, and vacuumed it out! What a stud! Made my day!

I love taking my car here. Carolyn is a great service manager. However I got there at 8am and didn’t leave till 12:30!!!!! It was way to long I feel. Thanks

Service went well...as usual.

Experience was good. Came in for oil change and check tire pressure. Other things were checked including tire ware and cabin air filter. I was asked if I wanted a car wash, I said yes. Car came back I had a full report, however the car was wet, tire rims were not cleaned(black) and not vacuumed. Wasn't much of a car wash. Roland Johnson

Great service by Dave Ramos as usual.

Pickup service: "3 stars". Pickup was scheduled Friday but engineer was sick and case was missed. Rescheduled for Tuesday and pick-up driver was sent to wrong address (wrong city). *pickup fee was comped as this was less convenient and more expensive than an Uber. *Pickup fees should be noted up front, not a $40 bill after service is scheduled. I would have taken an $8 Uber and received service sooner. Service on the car: "5 stars" . Service was actually cheaper than quoted price at non-dealership.

Had the pleasure of working with your Asst Service Mgr. Kyle Jones this afternoon. He managed my expectations and as well as backing it up with follow through. I will definitely be getting all my service work do with you.

Very excellent service from start to finish. Explained all of the work that was done to my car. Great customer service and communication.
