My wife took our Sienna in for a synthetic oil change with a reservation on short notice . It went perfectly. She was a bit hesitant about going without me since up-selling is a concern. Service simply notified her of a dash light condition that has existed for quite some time. I highly recommend this dealer for service needs.

Everything was great! The only thing is the mechanics didn’t tell Jimmy that you were out of stock on pvc pipes until late. I have to come back and do that later. Jimmy is the best service advisor.
