My adviser Richard Osborn is great. I took my car in 3000 miles early due to driving fewer miles during the Virus to discover that the 2 year service plan was expired. An extention of that plan would be very nice and keep that dealership at the top of my list when ready for my next purchase.

Quick service and good customer care. Can do better in providing detailed and personalized feedback upon vehicle inspection. Instead of focusing on changing parts, provide pros and cons and options to the customer. And always get the vehicle vacuumed and washed. Shows appreciation and that you really care for the customer and their vehicle.
