I bought my Prius at Nalley and have always had it serviced there. Consequently, I have not had a single repair on my car - maintenance only. They are knowledgeable and fairly priced. I’m giving 4 stars instead of 5, only because it almost always takes longer than they say it will.

Andy West was top notch from the time he greeted me. Texted, talked via phone, two day repair and everything was done exactly as described. I know Andy is the face to me and the many teams behind the scenes make it happen. Great experience every time I visit you guys.

Kyle was very friendly and helpful. I did a full service at 35,000 miles and had all the extra maintenance items performed. The cost was about $600 and Kyle knocked it down to $500. Thank you Kyle and Toyota Roswell!
