I had the best experience at Toyota today. The technician explained everything I need and a way that I could understand it we talked about price we talked about options we talked about what I need to have done today what I need down the road and when. He was absolutely the best. I told him I'd give him a call in the next few months and we'll approach the other items that I need to have done at that time so I have a very clear idea and plan for my car and it's service needs going forward.

Service today was quicker than i thought it would be. I was prepared for at least an hour wait. They had me in and out in about 45 mins. Quick and easy. My service tech was customer service excellent.
