I’m used to exceptional service from the moment I arrive until I pickup my vehicle. This visit was not that way. I had an appointment for 10:15am. I arrived on time but the service advisor assigned to me was assisting another customer. The advisor sharing the cubicle made no attempt to assist me even though he had no customer at that time. I waited almost 20 min to be seen. Next, I never received the multi point inspection report via text message. My service advisor even told me about it but it never came. Let’s do better next time. I have been doing business here for a decade. Don’t drop your level of service now after such a good track record.

David is the absolute best! He’s always able to find me a deal and work with my schedule. We appreciate him so much!
