Great service from the sales staff! The financial employee was also very professional. However, he did have some issues that he needed help with because he had recently just started that position. So, he called in his manager to help him. I felt like the manager was very unprofessional with the employee. He was admonishing him for his mistakes in front of me (the customer) pretty harshly. I feel like he should have fixed the situation and then talked with the employee in private later.Other than that, very good experience!

I needed a new battery and had one installed in under 15 minutes. Great service by Jimmy Snyder!! I was able to continue my day without a flaw.

No major issues. The only glitch was a breakdown in communication between parts and service which caused a delay. An additional part was needed, which didn't get ordered initially, and caused a delay in the service being completed.

The sevice was good. The inability to use a $50.00 gift card sent to me at Christmas by Nalley along with the discounted Alignment Flyer was not so good. The service technician pointed to the hand written sign on the wall stating only one coupon allowed. Here is a dose of reality for your marketing team. All of my feeling of good will for Nalley went out the window. The one coupon rule reminded me of the old bait and switch nonsense. He also indicated I could have the alignment today at the $50.00 off discount and comeback tomorrow for the oil change and use the $50.00 gift card. When you think about the whole situation is was a great big customer disatisfyer.

I was in and out. I made my appointment online showed up. Did some work while I waited. Then I was back in my car heading to work in under a hour.
