Great service

Andy was outstanding in every way. I had full confidence and was pleased with the results. My complaints are 1) the coffee machine was out of order, and 2) the car wash facility was down (as was true in my last visit). Strange as it sounds, the availability of good coffee and to be able to leave with a clean car are the main reasons I return to Nalley for service, instead of to my good local mechanic, who is much closer. Also, the music being played in the waiting area was too loud, and distracting. I ended up walking almost a mile to Starbucks, where I was able to get coffee and some work done. I will call ahead next time to be sure everything is working. If still not, I’ll go elsewhere.

When you know that there are some usual services that you can’t offer at the time of a scheduled service, you should let customers that may be impacted -IN ADVANCE- know this info. I had a morning appointment so I skipped my morning coffee to get to the appointment. Imagine my disappointment to find your coffee machine had been broken for several days! Then, on checking out, I found out that you were unable to wash my car because the wash area was out of order. Both of these were known in advance. Other than that, the car service seemed to be performed in your usual fine manner.
