Needed my airbag replaced due to Recall and they got it done in a few hours and gave me a loaner car.. Jonathan was my service advisor. He was great!

It was great. Recalls were found and taken care of on the vehicle that was serviced at another Toyota dealership but was never found by them. I appreciate the swiftness and professionalism as well as the service departments thoroughness.

I had to wait longer than usual - I got to my appt at 8:30. Was told 1.5 hours at 9:30. I got my car at 12:30. I’m just a little disappointed at the wait time, however my service manager Dave Ramos is awesome. Just next time: I’d like my car washed.

Felt safe -- all staff wearing masks and trying to keep safe distances. Routine maintenance was completed quickly. Service Advisor was very courteous and professional.
