Excellent experience

Matt did a great job from start to finish. The service was quicker than I expected so that was appreciated. I also like that Nalley has set up some small tables and chairs outside. I had my own chair with me as I did not want to wait inside but I didn’t need it now that Nalley has provided the ability to sit and wait outside. Thanks

The service manager was helpful and easy to work with. He helped with new tires and was able to get me the best deal possible. Overall, great experience.

The service was great after I got to my service manager. However, upon arriving at Nalley I was greeted by a young man Who said “what’s up man?” Later, while waiting on my truck I went to the show room and no one greeted or spoke for that matter.
