Great customer service when scheduling my appointment, During drop off and at pickup.

Great service.

Was a little disappointed this time. Not in the service but in the little things. When I got to my car the computer maintenance button not been reset and I had to go back to the desk and have the gentleman come back out and reset it. Then after I drove off I was going to change lanes and realized that my right side view mirror was turned in, not out so that I could not use that mirror for changing lanes. I literally had to pull over into a parking lot and reset the mirror. That could’ve been very dangerous. I realized when they wash the car they simply didn’t pull the mirror back out. It’s those little touches that make the service really complete.
