Went in for just an oil change and was done in record time..about 30 min.

Mr. Roth was very pleasant and helpful. Service was fast and rides were provided for me with ease.

I had the deluxe maintenance package done for my car. Normally I’m just happy to get the basics. This time I had my car sanitized. While the smell was extremely strong, later I noticed how clean my car looked, even the upholstery. I inherited the Prius from my dad when he passed. He’d spilled water on the passenger seat that had left a stain. I tried stain remover but couldn’t get it out.Now the stain is gone, the dust removed. It’s a silly thing, but it made me really happy later that day when I noticed

Had oil chg, alignment, air filter and supposedly a general ck however nothing was indicated tht the air in spare tire was checked. Whn i asked the man said tht it was all part of the check. But i question tht because nothing in trunk appeared to hav been moved! Now if i shd need tht tire i will known then. I thk it shd be indicated on sheet or the man waiting on me shd hav taken time to check. Other than that it was ok. It did take 2 hours with an appointment booked.

Mr. Jalin was amazing. He saw to it that everything was addressed!! Thanks JalinBut off late I have noticed that you guys take more than 4 hrs for service even though I have an appointment. This time too I reached at 1:30 and left at 5 pm and the service wasn’t a big one
