We previously purchased two cars from Nalley Toyota of Roswell and were happy with those experiences but this third experience exceeded our expectations. We recommend talking to Stacey Lowery (salesperson); he’s very knowledgeable, trustworthy and doesn’t pressure. Josh Cox (finance) explained warranties and didn’t push to sell us what we don’t want. GM, Arnold Harrison gave us the impression that his highest priority is customer satisfaction and fostering respectful, long term relationships with their customers. We got a great deal, it was easy and nobody wasted time; there’s nothing we wanted the team to do better. Very happy!
