I had a great experience. My advisor kept in contact with me each step of the way in my preferred communication style (texting). He also made sure to answer all my questions in regards to finances. He was willing to wait until I was off from work so I could contact him regarding my needs for my vehicle. He, as everyone I’ve talked to at Toyota was polite, knowledgeable, and treated me like family.
