I'm very pleased with the service I received from Nalley Automotive. Annette Wiggins introduced herself to me as I walked into the dealership. I let her know I was interested in the Rav4's. We spent several hours driving and discussing the 2017 - 2020 models, pros and cons, etc. She didn't pressure me at all and after a few days I decided on the 2019 one in stock. I secured my loan approval, came in for one last drive, and made the purchase. It was easy and I really liked Annette's style. I would happily refer anyone to her moving forward.
