I had a great experience at Kelley with Lex. I've always gotten new cars, so this was my first experience with a pre owned vehicle...it also was 15 years ago that I bought my last Highlander, so I was a bit nervous about the whole thing. Lex was awesome and I am loving my 2017 Highlander.

Took car right back at scheduled time & diagnosed within 30-40 minutes. Very pleased. I’ve had my car serviced at SS Toyota for years & they are always running behind & make you wait hours.

Great experience. I was able to book online & they got me out of there pretty quickly. My service advisor was great as well, I appreciate the text alerts during service as well.

Came in for my first oil change. Kyle was my service advisor. Got there at 4:30 and I was walking out the door by 5:15 in a clean car. Will definitely come back.

Kyle was very helpful. I had tire pressure low warning light that needed to be checked. Lyle suggested to do the “5000 mile” Service at the same time. Saved me time and effort thanks to him.
