Explained my warranty information. Kept me Informed of problems and progress . I was able to wait outside instead of inside.

Once I arrived at the service center, everything was handled professionally and courteously. I was kept informed and appropriate recommendations were made. Only complaint was trying to book the appointment on the web page. It wouldn't let me select what I wanted done, and was essentially useless.

There are less expensive options for servicing my vehicle but the customer service here is ABOVE and BEYOND.
