I came in because my AC was not working It started working while I was there so I canceled the service request. Pulling Setvice Reps into a meeting while they have customers waiting for information is not ok. Meetings can happen using Zoom which would allow them to stay at their stations .

I made an appt. for service and arrived early. They took the car in immediately, did a detailed check of my car, and serviced it as requested. They washed and vacuumed my car and were done in less than an hour. Nalley followed covid-19 protocols, including requiring face masks. The cost of this service was lower than other companies in the area. Exceptional service!
