The salesman was nice (Jeff) and accommodating of what I was looking for. I wasn't coming up as a "Loyalty" customer at first so the negotiation was not great, but once I left and was called back by the loyalty guy, the process was smooth sailing. Would have been 5 stars if I had not been exposed to the bully of a salesman (not Jeff but the office guy) who claimed he couldn't come down at all and then later came down slowly until my number was met anyway by the loyalty side. Josh was excellent in financing side and recommended the appropriate service plans for my needs. I wish I had him while getting my Rav4! The only thing was signing documents on the iPad would have been nicer if he was provided an Apple Pencil for customers like me to use. ;) In short - Jeff did a great job and I'd buy from him again. Josh was the best financing-side person I've ever worked with and prefer to go through him for every purchase from now on. The other office-based sales guy (I can't remember the name) was not a great experience and kept pushing leasing instead of negotiating on ownership price even after I was clear that leasing is not an option.

Fast and efficient! And very knowledgeable service associate! Only complaint is that you need to assign someone to answer the phone in the service department. I tried numerous times over numerous days and could never get anyone to answer. Not everything can be done online!
