The salesman was very knowledgeable and helpful as we were looking at various options. Regarding the negotiations, I felt they could have been more flexible, but ultimately I wanted the truck, so I accepted them. The finance person was nice. At times, I felt he was trying to rush the process, instead of explaining the nuisances. Also, he made incorrect assumptions based on personal information to try and build rapport. Overall, a good dealership and good people.

I took a vehicle in for a pre-purchase inspection, and was totally satisfied with both the work and the Customer Service Representative.
