Amy amd Kim were very helpful in keeping me up to date on my service as well as texting me other potential services that will be needed. Was very helpful!!!!

Grant, my service rep, was great. He was professional and explained everything that was being done with my car. I brought our 2004 Sequoia in for the air bag recall and to have a new key fob programmed. Unfortunately, they were not able to reprogram the key fob due to a faulty computer that Toyota no longer makes. For some reason, the information panel on the ceiling that shows temp., direction, distance to empty and is the remote for our garage, no longer works. I have checked the fuses and could not find one that was burned out. I called Grant and he said to bring it back in and they could take a look at it. I am trying to schedule that now but am not sure why this happened.

Timely & polite service, waiting area set up safely distanced. Advisor walked me to car, think first time for that. Not sure how driver’s area of car interior sanitized after service, so I wiped steering, knobs, etc.

My experience was enjoyable with no hassles and my service person , David Ramos, was exceptional!
