Could not fix one problem....GPS voice does not occur unless double start the car

Dave explained everything that would be done for my 30K mile service. I got a text about 2 things they suggested be done, and Dave suggested that I get one done yesterday and the other the next time i come in. I appreciated his advice.

Valet pickup for service was very helpful. Received multiple meaningful updates on the status throughout the day. Costs were easily understood via app. Payment was easy online. Valet driver and service rep were very helpful and friendly. Only reason for four stars instead of five is that I was told I would get a 7:30 am confirmation phone call followed by an 8:00 am pickup. The text I got said 9:00 am service appointment - which was not clear that this meant that my valet pickup had been moved to 9:00 am. I thought that the pickup was still at 8:00 am and the service would start at 9:00 am.
