This is my second scheduled service maintenance since I purchased my 2019 Toyota Tacoma, I have been very happy with the service performed. Each time I have waited and I have been in and out with in the 2 hours with excellent results. My truck is clean and work performed was done and completed in the time promised.

As always my service advisor Richard carefully reviews my car’s service history before recommending new service and he helps me plan for future repair needs which is much appreciated. I will only bring my Toyota to Nalley and highly respect the advice and transparency of my service advisor to ensure my car is well maintained.

Andy West was very professional and accommodating. The car was not washed at completion of service but Andy sent it back to be washed.
