Excellent and fast service! Did not have any issues throughout experience.

Professional and efficient. My only concern was that they don’t wipe down your steering wheel and other touch pojnts with sanitizing wipes after service.

Jonathan Walton did an amazing job. I was quite surprised that he’d gave me a loaner, which I’m thankful for. I would waste 6 hours if I had to stay and wait for my vehicle to be done with it’s recall on the fuel pump. He was very courteous and professional. It’s something I would expect from a Lexus dealership not a Toyota , but he did just that. Please give this man a raise or a nice bonus 👍. I would definitely travel far to bring my vehicle here for high maintenances.

My service advisor Richard Osborne is always helpful and is a partner in making my car gets the needed service performed and if not needed, lets me know to maybe put off to a later date. I find these qualities necessary to be trusted. The waiting lobby is comfortable and the technicians are up to date in training.

Jonathan proactively called to let me know towed car and keys arrived. He got us the quote quickly. It took a day to get the part and I didn't hear from him and was concerned. I texted and no reply. Later, I got a call from another advisor. It may have been helpful for me as the client to know he was going to be out and handing over to another advisor.
