Good overall. Slight confusion between service ordered and what service rep had visibility to. Tracking info with the order number would help streamline the customer experience.

Normally, I deal with Richard who is wonderful but I arrived late for my appointment and he was with another customer. Seeing that I was waiting, Andy stepped over and offered to get me checked in. The The guys finished the brake job in under two hours as promised- perfect experience! Thank You!
