I always received great customer service an assistance with the needs of my vehicle.

Great customer service. I changed my own spark plugs and on the last one the rubber boot inside the socket came out and stayed on the spark plug. 2 months later it started causing a misfire. They tech had trouble finding the cause but discovered the problem after talking with me. Took about 2hrs with no appointment on what looked like a busy day. He pulled the rubber boot out and gave it to me to keep. No charge at all and I was on my way.
