Aside from one little hiccup that probably could not have been avoided due to the current Corona-virus pandemic, the entire experience was (and still is, with followup communications) very pleasing. Richard went above and beyond our request to aid in our situation. Our (former) Toyota dealership failed to service our car with a full oil change before my trip to Atlanta GA. by the time I arrived from MO., the engine was knocking. Richard had a diagnostic test performed and engine shavings were present. To mean, the engine had been affected by the lack of oil. This issue was never resolved by that Toyota dealerships in Missouri, but the one in Ga. treated me with pure hospitality. Thanks again Richard for your professionalism and honest expertise.
