I brought in my 2016 Scion FR-S for the service special Pre-Travel Inspection prior to travelling to Chicago for July 4th. The service advisor was very professional, the service was speedy, and overall I had a great experience.

I bought my second car from Nalley in 8 months: one new and one used. On both experiences, sales. Service, general manager ; they all addressed our concerns . We had a few issues with the used car and took the car back for servicing; the dealership resolved our issue even though they did not have to do so. Nalley fixed the issue it was no charge to us. Once again very pleased with sales service and all aspects of our experiences. I would not hesitate to use Nalley Toyota again and I would definitely recommend them again to anyone
