Serviced two Camry’s simultaneously - a 15k and a 50k. Checkin was prompt, support staff preparers vehicle,?obtained mileage, and directed me to my Customer Service Rep (CSR) ASAP. CSR immediately processed me in, drafted work orders, reviewed cost, and had vehicles immediately inducted to service bay. Process was not a generic one size fits ‘em all approach but tailored to my requirements (e.g., no car wash - I have a service for this, don’t rotate Car A tires but do rotate Car B tires, etc. Both vehicles were in and out before I knew it. CSR surprised me with savings opportunities I did not expect, a fantastic finish to a great experience.

Pick up and drop off at my home made this easy and safe. Dave Ramos clearly explained what repairs were needed and helped me understand my options.

The people were very nice however I had a 11 appt for a recall I asked them to do a tire rotation and oil change also since I was there and I ended up being there for 3 hours .

Work performed as requested but they didn’t wash truck.
