My husband and I are proud new owners of a 2020 Prius XLE. Looking for a new car can be really stressful, but everyone at Nalley Toyota of Roswell made the experience easy, Dylan and Raul especially. For great customer service, we would definitely recommend. And the car speaks for itself, we’re loving it!

Brought vehicle in for adding “We Owe” door guard accessory. Originally told it would take 2 hours, however 1st shop had issue with parts as ordered and wouldn’t install. Vehicle then taken to main technician shop where they were able to use tools to properly install door edge guards. Ended up being 3 plus hour wait. Thankfully I was able to get ride from Dylan ( Salesman) to get drink and snack. Kudus to Dylan.

Service was excellent! Especially during this COVID pandemic. David Ramos took excellent care of me. When I mentioned I was a high risk person, he offered to pick up and return my vehicle so I wouldn’t get exposed. It was more than I expected. I’ve been taking my Landcruiser to the Nalley Toyota dealership for 20 years! Service has always been excellent. Thank you!

Both Jonathan who checked me in and the man who checked me out were very friendly and speedy. All my needs were met very quickly and my car was ready earlier than expected. I like the digital form to accept or reject recommendations.
