Recently came in to get a recall notice taken care of. Was asked by service writer if we wanted a free complimentary wash before we picked it up. Of course we said yes. Appeared that the windshield was cleaned - BUT NOT THE REST OF THE CAR. Don’t promise if you’re not going to deliver...
