Excellent service

Grant did a great job of checking me in, keeping me informed and making the entire experience easy.

The waiting area was clean and comfortable. My Service Rep.Kyle was helpful and courteous. He also made himself available throughout my visit. The work was done expeditiously, and the truck seems to be running fine now.

I loved the fast and friendly service and really appreciate everyone wearing masks! I just wish everyone would wear them correctly and all of the time.

We showed up for routine service on a late model Highlander which unfortunately was showing some severe engine problems on the way. Kevis was able to figure out the problem, replace engine parts and get us on our way in very short order. For our first Toyota, this was a great experience. Thank you to everybody forgetting our sons graduation gift back on the road!
