Overall service was very nice Richard is very professional. I only scheduled my appointment with him. I have had appointments with other reps and my car has been damage and tools along with nuts screws left in the car. My hood is still damaged from a service I didn’t notice until I got home and they claim they did do it. In closing Richard is the one that keeps me coming back if it was not for his true customer service I would been gone long time ago.

I can always count on your staff to be courteous, professional and honest. I appreciate your dealership for many reasons, especially keeping my vehicle running smoothly. Thank you!

Service was done on time and everything was communicated very well throughout the full process. Overall very pleasant experience.

The service team had an issue during my oil change and I had oil on my driveway when I got home. They came out on Fathers Day to remedy the problem and clean the driveway. Great job Chad and Arnold!

It took 2 hours for an oil change. The dealership was slammed with business. But David took care of us quickly and professionally. We just watched a movie while we waited.
