The ease of setting my appointment was quick and easy, I didn’t have to wait when dropping off car, the staff was great and very professional, great experience at Nalley Toyota!

I came in to Nalley Plaza walking to service my car and Jimmy took me right in and took very good care of me while I was there. He was professional, straightforward, and made me feel assured my car would be well taken care of. As a woman, more often than not we are taking advantage for lack of knowledge when it comes to servicing cars. I didn’t get that feeling at all and I walked away feeling great about how I was taken care of. I will definitely go back to him.

Quick, reliable service. Even worked a later time slot at the last minute for me when I couldn't make my original slot due to delayed air travel. Highly recommend and will use again!

I very much enjoyed my visit. I was able to get my errands done and they finished everything in amazing time. They even held the truck for me. I also enjoyed the customer service and was able to get insight on gauges which was wonderful that they took the time to talk to me on more than just a work level

I was a walk in and they got everything done and kept me up to speed on how it was progressing. That was a nice touch. You don’t mind waiting when you know you are being taken care of. Not today but I’ve had service before and they even washed my truck. Very nice touch.

Rep took our car info down right away, listened to us about our different needs for each car, sent us recommendations in timely manner and had our cars back to us in no time!
