I went to purchase a car because it was advertised to have a backup camera. However, the car did not currently have one. As such, I was given a discount, and and agreement that one would be installed. After a week, a new system was installed, and a small repair was done on the windshield wiper fluid system. Nalley Toyota Roswell has treated me, a first-time customer, in the best way I could've hoped for and more. I will certainly be coming back if the need for a car arises again.

Zain was very nice & extremely helpful. I really appreciate the courteous customer service that exists here in this location. I cannot express enough what real value this customer care brings to the interactions when talking on the phone to make an appointment & also when I get to the location. Very happy to make the switch from Lexus dealerships to this Toyota Dealership to take care of my Lexus. Thank you to all who I interacted with Friday February 2, 2024.
