David was the best Service Advisor ever. I literally drive over 70 miles and pass a Toyota dealership in order to visit Nalley Roswell Toyota Service. David is a huge asset to the dealership and could teach other service Advisors how to really do the right thing and take care of your clients. I’ve had some other great experiences with service - though I will always request David. Fantastic Job! 10 Stars

First Service Visit Today 6/12/20.. l Must Say The Staff At Nalley Toyota Roswell Was Great.. The Staff Was Very Polite And Professional, My Service Advisor Matt Thomsen Was Awesome.. He Got Me In, Took Care Of My Vehicle And I Was On My Way.. I Felt Pretty Comfortable There, The Service Area Was Nice And Clean.. Thanks Nalley Toyota Of Roswell!!!

I always have a good experience with Nalley Toyota. You have a very friendly and knowledgeable staff. I tend to ask a lot of questions and challenge recommendations, sorry its my nature, but your Service Advisors are always incredible patient and thorough in their explanation. Shout out to Kyle and Andy, they have always been great.
