The folks at Nalley took good care of my car and were responsive and communicative throughout the process. It ended up being a pretty big and expensive job, but Kyle Jones, my service advisor, charged a fair price and was generous with taking care of me with discounts. They even picked up and dropped off my car from my home for free. I'll be going back to Nalley Toyota the next time my "check engine" light comes on.

We brought our car in without an appointment. Told Matt the problem, had it fixed and out of there in 1 1/2 hours. Always go to Nalley Toyota for service.

The service was excellent and very quick. Kevis was very friendly. He did a great job, and would recommend him in the future. He told me my car would be finished in a half hour or less, and I believe he called me after 20 minutes to say the car was ready, so excellent service!
