The service was good. My only thing that I wish was better was general communication of future deals because I got my oil changed, tires rotated, and break service done only to get an email the very next day less than 24 hours after the service that offered half off oil changes, $25 brake services and I would have waited a day if I knew it would save me over $50.

I had a 1:00 appt but you had so many walk-ins that I was informed it would take 3 1/2 hours for the work on my car. I was also informed your machine that does emissions check was down AGAIN. Last year it was the same. I now have to take more time another day to get it done elsewhere. There were 2 shining moments. Jalin, my service, was excellent. He was informative and super friendly. The shuttle service was also excellent.

Brought truck in for regular service and to evaluate a tattle in the dashboard. Service Manager, D Roth, reported ge could not hear it. The minute I picked up my truck, I could hear it and I've heard it ever since. Just don't have the time to go back to the dealership.
