We have been having our two Toyota’s serviced at Nalley for more than six years now. If there has ever been an issue we have been taken care of. We almost always see our service advisor Richard O. in office #11. He is always friendly and appreciative of us coming in to see him. He let’s us know what the car or truck needs or doesn’t need and looks out for us. My wife often brings the cars in for service herself without any hesitation as long as she knows Richard is there.
