Well, although it was a rainy day I thought they would still wash the car as described being part of every car serviced. Or, at least vacuumed the interior & trunk. There was a missing air valve cover that could have easily been replaced when the rotated the tires. Not sure when they inspected the car but the wheels that were scratched up had been on the rear a casualty of relying on the backup camera and getting to close to the curb (i.e., I did not hit the curb or pot hole) the steering wheel seemed plumb to center. Last but not least they pulled the wrong engine air filter for a self install and both the engine and cabin air filters seemed way over priced especially the flimsy cabin filter. More than 100% overpriced.
