The service and employees were all great. This was my first time taking my truck in for service so it only needed a rotate and balance and check the fluids. My reason for not giving an excellent rating is that it took 1.5 hours to complete this service. This is too long for a basic service.

Great service, it was incredibly easy to book an appointment online and Toyota always does a great job with their process of sending estimates with detailed descriptions to approve before they start work so there’s no surprises and I never feel pressured to spend money on services that aren’t necessary.
