Outstanding service, as always. Jimmy took time to explain critical vs. maintenance related repairs. He definitely did not try to “upsell” me and I appreciate that. Will be back next week to get a critical repair made simply because he took time to explain what was going on. This is one of the main reasons I keep coming back to your dealership.
