Scheduled appointment for 7:45am was told service would take 2hours; didn't get my car until 11:00a. The reason for appointments are to get you in and out, not half of my day.

Wasn't greeted as soon as I pulled in without an appointment when there was only 1 other car there. Took longer than I expected and when my car was brought out it was not washed...so I had to wait longer for them to run it thru the wash.
