Buying a car can be a stressful and sometimes frustrating process, and even more so when dealing with the current social and economic climate during this pandemic. I pleasantly surprised with how easy Nicole made the process from our initial discussions via the phone and email of the model model and the features I was looking for to the simple process of trading in my old car and handing over the keys to the new one, she made the process as painless and stress free as it could be.
