On time. Were clear on what would be done and the cost. Provided me with a loaner on short notice. Made sure the car was wiped down before I drove off.

I was a bit concerned as to how things would operate during the Coronavirus shutdown but all went well. I sat in the lobby as usual, everyone was voluntarily separating and life goes on. Caitlyn McGill, my service rep was efficient as usual.

Nice people, starting with the receptionist, who has a very good personality, to the sales staff, specifically Jeffrey and A.J. All were very helpful and gave me the best price after shopping around at local dealerships. No nonsense and didn't waste my time.
