in this present world of social isolation i was concerned about bringing my Prius in for service. i cancelled one appointment and made it a month later. I came into the shop and Kyle was out there almost instantly. He was masked and gloved. (brownie points for him). I put my mask on and got out of the car, still fearful of sitting in a room with others. Well, i sat in the waiting room with about 4 gentlemen we were Miles apart. My concern, they (customers) were not masked. i know that the mask i wore (made by me) would not prevent me from picking up the virus (being a retired nurse epidemiologist), i really wanted to yell at them about their sharing their bugs. Kyle let me know that there was a potential additional expense, which i okay ed, and then when the vehicle was ready. The car shocked me! it looked almost new ! services completed, felt like i was driving a new car. thanks.
