Always a great experience working with Nalley Toyota. Staff is very friendly and accommodating while waiting for my vehicle. I’ve worked with Taylor Overeem in the service department and have nothing bad to say. I can tell that the employees don’t only care about “working for a paycheck” as they give great recommendations on what my vehicle should need for how I use the vehicle. Super honest people and I will continue giving Nalley Toyota of Roswell my business wether it be buying a new vehicle or having mine serviced.

Keven was my service rep., he was friendly and helpful. Provided quick communications via text with details of my service and recommendations. I was offered a free car wash, however, this was the only thing that was not completed. That is why I am giving the rate of 4 stars rather than 5. Thanks
