The service would have gotten a five star rating but the passenger seat had a speck of fresh black grease on it. I was able to wipe it off easily but if I had not seen it I could have had a mess

Came without an appointment to see Kaitlyn McGill and ask her a question about the car. I decided also to have a normal service for my Prius. As always, perfect service.

My first visit based on recommendation. All staff very courteous and helpful; explaining process, reviewing/developing status report, answered all questions, and worked within my needs/resources. Waiting area comfortable but did not have electrical outlet for charging.
