Service was great—-people are kind and professional. They give you a pleasant place to hang out while you wait. I arrived a little early but they took me right in—and it took less than an hour! Even apologized they couldn’t WASH my car because of a power outage—-I had no idea they’d wAsh it as well. Toyota warranties are the best, and Nalley Toyota is Toyota at its best. I never intend to go ANYWHERE else!

Rich Kinsey made my experience super wonderful. I have an ignition interlock in my vehicle and was super worried that my vehicle wouldn’t be able to be serviced, but Rich did an amazing job. He explained that everything would be fine, and was able to help me get my vehicle serviced with no problem at all. I have purchased my vehicle from Nalley and have alway returned to get my vehicle serviced there. Rich made my experience so pleasant that I did not have to wait long and made me feel comfortable during my visit and I would see Rich going in the future. People like him that go above and beyond in my situation is truly the best I have had. He was AMAZING.
