I am happy with my experience and the communication I received

The service manager explained everything that is required in a 65,000 mile service. The work was completed in less time than anticipated. (I was waiting)

Customer service is an important factor for me. I expressed my concern to my service representative of not knowing advance who my representative was, no one greeting me at my car, and my having to find my POC. After she understood my concerns, she ensured I was well cared for by constantly providing updates and acknowledging my military discount.

Ava was pleasant, attentive and concerned.However, I've already done this survey so it would be nice if Nalley would pay attention to it.
